Chicago residents discuss missing Black women and the growing concern that police are not doing enough to solve these crimes. Founder of Mothers Opposed to Violence Everywhere (M.O.V.E.), Louvenia Hood, invited several of Penn's middle school students to take part in the discussion during the Memorial Day weekend. CBS 2's Suzanne LeMignot moderated the discussion with Senator Van Pelt at Kennicott Park in Kenwood on Saturday.
